Custoum right mouse button menu?

Hi,
does anyone know if and when a custom right mouse menu is planned? For me this missing feature is an absolute show stopper. When Ubuntu and Arch replaced KDE 3 with KDE 4 I went back to Windowmaker as my main window manager.
A menu, which is opened with the right mouse button wherever I am on the desktop is the most easily place to reach.
It is mine and I won't tolerate it being wasted with some stupid lock/unlock/settings functions I use perhaps once every
few month when I finally configured my system. As it is now, it is a pure usability disaster.
