Problem with Canon PIXMA ip2200 printer

I have just loaded Suse 11.1 on a new machine and although cups is loaded my exact printer is not there.

I am a newbie to this - my old installation was 1.2 and was done for me.

I have some software loaded on the 10.2 machine called turbo print i have the details and key, do i need to load that?

Any advice would be appreciated
