how do i disable right click in kicker?

how do i disable right click in kicker? I want users will not be able to add any applet to kicker or do something else with the right click menu on kicker. Only given applets can be used. I have checked kickerrc, but did not find any option to disable right click. I want no action if right click pressed on kicker.
