New to KDE, installing themes/decorations

Well I'm kinda new to KDE, most of the time I've worked with Gnome. I wanted to try KDE and I'm happy with it so far. I've downloaded a few themes from KDE Look but I don't know how to install them. The tar.gz contains a .kcsrc file and a .qtcurve file. How do I install these files?
