kde4-devel package in intrepid

Hi,

In Hardy there was a package 'kde4-devel' that would install all the necessary source code and development libraries needed to build against kde4 (e.g. for building plasmoids off kde-look.org). This package doesn't seem to exist in Intrepid, or at least I can't find it. Does anyone know if it exists and if so do I need to add a repository to my sources.list or what?
