kdesktop_lock with multiple users is broken

kdesktop_lock (in kdebase3.3.1) won't work with multiple users on the same box. For example users with vnc desktops.
there's a ps ax that should be ps -u `whoami` x
and then there's a killall kdesktop_lock at the bottom that's a little too blunt.
