Error accessing the login Kde

Hello...........

After login appears the following error. "NO WRITE ACCESS $HOME DIRECTORY(/HOME/CARLOS) .
KDE IS UNABLE TO
".
I would be very grateful for the help, I'm using Suse 11 and KDE 3.5.

seems like your home folder has been erased or moved. You might have to make your self another account or use another one.

The folder exists / home / carlos. I created a new user to access the folder / home / carlos. I do not see what the problems

NO WRITE ACCESS
It may be
chmod 0755 /home/carlos
help....
