About buttons on dialogs and usability

I think a reimplementation of the basis of a dialog window is needed. I do not think the actual layout on dialog windows is the best. How about changing these buttons to a [Help] [Restore] [Apply] [Close] ?? or something similar, or getting the current layout working, that is, disabling Cancel button when Apply is pressed... i mean that these windows could be better :)
