KDE control center problem

Hi everyone, I hope someone can help me with this problem.

When I open KDE control center, there are usually options to click down the left hand side, but today when I opened it up, there's nothing there. It was fine yesterday and I haven't changed anything. Does anyone have any suggestions for something I can try?
