Plasma Widget kde 4.1.00 - Kubuntu

Hi,
I am experiencing strange behaviors of plasma add-ons on KDE 4.1.00..

When I add widgets in most of cases I get a small black square as the widget is unrecognized...

When I try to download widget from the web no pop-up for the download appears

I have two PC with the same Kubuntu version and only in one I am experiences this turbulences.. I have also created a new user and the behaviours remain the same

I experience also problems in the installation of plasma themes from the web sometimes.. but at least the pop-up for the download appears

Any hints??
