Kaffeine: sound but not picture with .avi-files

Hi all,

I'm trying to watch an avi-file with kaffeine (or any other player for that matter but would prefer kaffeine to work) and when kaffeine opens, I only the get sound but not the picture.

Does anyone have a clue as to why this might be?
