iceape composer as root

Hi

in my Debian installation (KDE 3,5 in Etch, KDE 4 in SID) I would need an icon on the desktop or an entry in the start menu or both to have a quick "su" access to HTML texts to modify them also in other mounted partitions without changing of the other rights in the system.

what is to do?
