Keyboard shortcuts

Ha all,
I can't configure keyboard shortcuts in KDE 4.1. I don't know where I have to do this. For example the shortcut to invoke an arbitrary desktop (Win+f1 for first desktop, WIn+f2 for second and so on). Thanks.

same problem here
CPU: Asus G1 Laptop, Nvidia GeForce 7700 512Mb, 2GB RAM, 160GB Sata Disk.
OS: Archlinux (Core Dump), 2.6.26-2, Xorg 1.4, AiGLX 173.14.12-3 (1680X1050), KDE4 & CF Git & Awn bzr

"K" button -> System Settings -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Import scheme... -> Standart Scheme. I am using "Windows scheme (with Win key).
It's ok for many instances.
