Cluster menu (for KDE 5?)

Hi,

I've been toying around with an idea, and want to hear some feedback.

It sums up like this: I hate scrolling menus. I find the movement unnatural. I'd like to see a sort of cluster menu system-wide, similar to those presented in Microsoft's Surface or Mozilla's Aurora (http://adaptivepath.com/aurora/).

I'd like it to work similar to this: clicking a 'Menu' button creates a sphere or ellipse of menu items, when most used (recently used) items are closer to the centre than others. Say I choose 'Menu', and then 'File', then another sphere is created, and the older grays out.

It's much more forward for people using tablets or touch screens, and is faster and more natural even when using a mouse.
Since KDE is all for innovation, so I thought to suggest it here, for future reference. It feels to me very natural to incorporate such a menu system in KDE, with Plasma and the Oxygen theme.

Feedback is most welcome
