Good on you for sticking with it and experimenting 'till you found a way of using the new tools in a way that suits you.

I was REALLY frustrated at first with KDE 4, especially since I never intended to install it , but simply upgrade my existing Fedora 8. . .

Once you get the settings configured to your preferences it is actually pretty nice, and I hate going back to KDE 3.

Unfortunately I must have all the abilities of Konqueror 3.x to be productive. So I have to use KDE 3 /Fedora 8 for most things. I wish Fedora would backport Konqueror 3.x to Fedora 9 . . . ;(
