KDE 4.1 Xorg strange behavior

Hi everybody. At first, sorry if I created this thread in not appropriate place.

I have the next question. I've updated to KDE 4.1 today on my Kubuntu 8.04 system and KDE 3.5.x is still present. I see that KDE 4.1 uses more memory then KDE 3.5.x. The main problem is that 2 Xorg processes use in three times more memory then when running KDE 3.5.x - ~100MB comparing to ~300MB in KDE 4.1. Maybe someone can explain why it happens? And how can I reduce memory usage by Xorg processes?

By the way compositing is turned off.
