KDE 4.0.98 issues

I'm upgrading from KDE 4.0.97 (Beta 2) to KDE 4.0.98 (RC1) and I can't get it to compile.

The system I'm using is gentoo 2007.1 x_64, I've updated all my packages, I've installed all the requirements from the gentoo reqs page. My KDEDIR is /usr/local, and I installed kdesupport a little different:

cd
cs
svn checkout svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/kdesupport
cd kdesupport
cmakekde

I get this error when compiling KDE-Base:
