KRDC, KDE 4 and menu in full screen mode

Hi Folks,

So I have been running KRDC quite happily on KDE 3 and recently upgraded to openSuSE 11... Now for some reason I don't get the top menu in full screen mode so am forced to hit ctl-alt-enter to get out of this mode. It was MUCH easier with the menu. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it back?
