KDE + VNC + VPS not showing characteres

i just payed a vps server to a new site im doing, is my first time with one of this.

then i followed these instructions to install KDE with vnc:

it went pretty well

but when i conect with VNC

how can i solve this?

werll, looks like the file that sets the language coe does not exist

[root@powerservers locales]# localedef --list-archive
cannot read archive header
