How to create a new keyboad layout under language head "IN" (INDIA)

Hi to all

I want to create a keyboard layout of Hindi under language head "IN" (INDIA)

can anybody help me in this regard. I want to create/add Remington Keyboard Layout for Hindi Language under IN.

Is keyboard layout created for scim may be useful to us.

I am not a programmer, so I will be greatly thankful to, if anyone can help me in this regard.
