superkaramba problem please help!!!

hi guys i.ve jst installed kde4 on opensuse 10.3 and it came with superkaramba pre installed so everything was fine untill downloaded tech monitor and aio monitor from its own pannel whichsays add new themes. but the the problem is now i cant get rid of them as they always start with the system and cant be configured as well as they have taken a lot of my resources so please tell me how to remove all this crapy themes ?( .
