Waht happened to alt+F2 in kde 4.1 beta?

The title says it all.

After upgrading to 4.1 beta in Kubuntu HH the combo's alt+F2, alt+F1, alt+F*, etc have been disabled. Why?
How do we get them back.

I tried systemsettings and kcontrol. The shortcuts are listed but don not function ?(
