KDE4 Panel in Fedora9 disappeared

I installed Fedora9 and started using KDE4 within 5 minutes KDE crashed and Panel disappeared. I updated KDE4.0 to KDE4.0.4 but still my panel is missing. I tried to delete ~/.kde directory and restarted but still i am using KDE4 without panel. I love KDE very much, but due to this problem I need to switch gnome sometimes.
Help me how to recover my panel back.
