Global Hotkeys, Kubuntu 7.10, KDE 3.5.8

Hi,

im running several programs on my Linux System and i'll require the hotkey "ALT + Left Mouse Button" for these tools. My problem is quite simpel ... this shortcut is used by KDE for moving windows. I can't find the settings in my system (seems to be more global then the other keyboard shortcuts) and google and forum search couldn't help. Anybody got an idea where to delete this hotkey for KDE?
