disable kicker on second screen

disable kicker on second screen

i've searched around and couldn't find an answer so i'm asking.

I have a dual screen system, one is my main monitor and one is my tv for playing video, and i'm trying to disable the kicker taskbar on the TV. I've found the 2 kickerc files but i can't figure out how to disable it.

any ideas?
