Install widgets in KDE 4.0.3

I am running KDE 4.0.3 in Kubuntu Hardy 8.0.4. I do not see an option to install widgets in the Add Widgets dialog. Is it possible to install widgets in KDE 4.0.3 or do I have a butchered version of KDE?

actually kde 4.0.3 don't have this option yet, and perhaps will never have it.
instead you have to use kde 4.1 trunk (unstable)and AFAIK only Opensuse and debian have the unstable brunch.
