KDE automatically setting "Keep Above Others"

Whenever I run a wine app under KDE, the "Keep Above Others" flag is set automatically, on newly spawned windows (within the wine app). Is there a way to disable this behavior? I have to keep un-checking it, which becomes tiresome quickly
