Desktop icons to look like Kde 3.x.x

Is there any way (config, gui tool, etc) that i can change the way desktop icons look and feel. For example i do not want that bubble like thing around the image of the icon. I want to see only the image of the icon, no more, no less.

And if i may add, is there a way to configure the taskbar below like 3.x.x for example, i want to make it thinner, thicker, change color, change background, form, size, etc...

Little stuff that i can do on 3.x but not in 4.x

may i add one item: how can i get a preview of the file as an icon? it used to be standard in kde 3.5
