ICQ for kopete

I've no ICQ support for Kopete

Qt: 4.3.3
KDE: 4.0.1 (KDE 4.0.1)
Kopete: 0.50.1

kopete(25044)/libkopete Kopete::PluginManager::loadPluginInternal: Unable to find a plugin named ' "" '!
kopete(25044)/libkopete Kopete::PluginManager::loadPluginInternal: Unable to find a plugin named ' "kopete_icq" '!


I need plugin, I know. Where can I get it and how to compile it for Gentoo?
