Kopete close network connections ALM LED = RED

Who knows what is a reason and how to workaround this behavior?
1) Kdenetwork and network-manager, both are installed.
An internet works, no problem. After I run kopete in some time between 5 seconds and one minute my ADSL modem ALM (alarm) LED is red and there is no connections to ADSL modem from my computer. There is one solution fisically unplug and plug in cabel and close kopete.
2)Kdenetwork and network-manager, both are not installed - there is the same behavior.
Any suggestions?
