dcopserver errors

ok ive been trying to get kde up and running for a day or so without any progress really. What i do know from perusing through the internets is that the error is true for all users. ive tried to make a new account and startx from there, nope dosen't work. root won't start kdm either.
heres the error im getting. dbus is running!
