Developer forum?

Is there a forum like this for kde developers? None showed up when I googled it, but I may have been looking for the wrong thing
I've been working in Qt for years and I'd like to learn some KDE stuff. I went through the plasmoid tutorial (here) and got to the end and now I have a problem I cant figure out.
