Title bar not repainting

Hi guys, I didn't find any other issue related to mine so I do believe I could be doing something wrong here. By the way I wanna let you guys know.

After upgrading from KDE3.5.8 to KDE4.0 my title bars are not being repainted automatically. For example, when I open Konsole I got the first title label "Bash", then I navigate to a sub directory and the title changes to "dir : Bash" but it overwrites the last label causing a mess. It gets too crazy when accessing a tabbed web browsing such as Firefox, every new tab is a new label overwritten.

The only way to make it clear again is double clicking on the title bar.

Find attached a screenshot to give you guys an idea on what is happening.

Have anyone experienced something like this??
