Command to launch K-Menu

Ok, I am using Avant Windows Navigator, and love it. However, there does not appear to be a good KDE menu on it, a couple gnome style menus' that are not good at all.

To add a new icon to the navigator, you just add a "shortcut" of sorts, give it a command, is there a command for the KMenu I can use?
