Taskbar accidentally removed from panel how do I get it back?
Wondering how to restore the taskbar in the panel. I can't find any "panel settings"

Hi I have the same problem and recovered it by deleting ~/.kde4

Alternatively, I believe you can open up the widgets list and drag that wiget from the the list to the taskbar at the bottom. I ran into the same problem and that was my solution.
eh?

You're the first person to suggest that this works for them. On all the other forums people are saying that's broken. It didn't work for me...
I'm actually re-installing because I killed my hdd... doh!

Yea. It works for me I just did it a bit ago too. You have to drag from the widget list though. If you just add the widget to the desktop and try to drag it from there, it won't work.
Hope this install works out better for you
eh?
