KDE software help

Hi, I posted a question a few days ago and it's gone nowhere without even getting a couple of views. I really need help, and I've looked and looked and I don't know where else to go.

Please, if you can't answer my question, point me in the direction I should go to find help? My problem is with Ark, the KDE archiver. Thank you.
