compiling TOra in Debian lenny with the problems in ./configure

I downloaded TOra from:
http://tora.sourceforge.net/
I run ./compile and it reports:

in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE libraries installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

What Debian package I missed? What is wrong?
