Kate and disable the menu

Hi,

I need to disable the main menu in Kate. I have already tried
the katepartui.rc file but I would like to remove all menus.
(I will control Kate from dcop to save etc. The reason I need this is to avoid the users to change anything in the settings)

Is it possible and how can it be done ?
Please I'm a newbie ... :-)
