layout for tastaur in rumanian language

Dear friends,
I habe seen many distributions, lacking the layout, that should appear bi installing "RO" in the KDE-tool. I beg the KDE-team, to bring that failure in order. The last KDE without that failure was version 3.4.2.
As my son says, this failure is not in the GNOME, but I don't like the gnome!
