KHotkeys "NOT" Function Usage?

I've had to overcome several minor GUI quirks in getting khotkeys to work and it mostly does work now except for the use of the NOT function which I presume is to exclude specified windows from being activated by a group of predefined gestures. I have set it up so as to exclude konqueror from the "Global - Windows" group in which contains input actions applicable to all windows by way of their similarity in keyboard shortcuts and functions between applications. Konqueror-specific input actions are placed in another group. However, what currently happens is both groups are applicable to konqueror, effectively ignoring the "NOT" setting set.

Hence, I presume this must be due to wrong usage of the NOT function. I would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me in this respect as I have yet to find a resource documenting this issue.

The following screenshot would hopefully help give a clearer picture of the issue.

Thanks in advance!

RE: KHotkeys "NOT" Function Usage?

Any ideas anyone? Surely at least someone uses these advanced khotkeys features?
