Problem displaying unicode characters

KDE-apps display chinese characters as square blocks, while apps independent of KDE display these characters properly (eg. ROX-filer, SciTE editor).
Capture ROX-filer
Capture Konqueror

KDE seems don't know which font to display these characters. How should I config KDE ?
