My KDevelop is hosed

hi,

My KDev's main toolbar (e.g. File, Project, Help, etc) is no longer visible. How do I make it visible again? What file(s) can I edit or key combo(s) I can hit to get to the configuration screen, etc?

Oh, and don't RTFM me, since I doubt the docs cover this weird case.
