Variable Icons Size

I'm thinking that on everyone's desktop are icons more important than others so why not make that icon a little bit larger so that you could see it better, by presseing for example CTRL+SHIFT + SCROLL.

I always wanted this feature so i tought maybe you guys from KDE could develop it.

Sorry for my bad english.

You can set the desktop icons size, just not sure if you can do it by clicking Ctrl+Shift+Scroll :P I wouldn't know right now cause I recently completely emptied my desktop XD

Compiz has a useful zoom function, rolling the mouse wheel while holding the Super key.

I wonder in KDE4's new compositing display, is a similar feature planned, and will the SVG icons, decorations, and text scale properly when used with the zoom?
