kdm: validating xml theme file

hi all.

some questions about kdm theme load and validate.
at all xml file of theme there is a string:

 <!DOCTYPE greeter SYSTEM "greeter.dtd">
for validating xml before parsing. but where i can get this dtd?

at kdmthemer.cpp it's just:

 if (domTree.setContent ( &theme_xml_file ))...

QDomDocument::setContent only parse doc, without validation.
kdm doesn't use a validation for this xml files?
only parse for according xml file standart at all?
