kdelibs-3.5.2 doesn't build *.so files

hi,

i fetched the source code with apt-get.

i tried kdelibs-3.5.5 and everything works fine but kdelibs-3.5.2 doesn't
build shared library files '*.so'

does someone know where i can download a working package for kdelibs-3.5.2
