konqueror shortcuts

Hi! I (newbie) would like to start an app (e.g. div. editors or shell
script(s)) with shortcuts, with a file selected in Konqueror as parameter.
How to do that? I figured out, the servicemenue could do, but I don't know, how to configure a shortcut to them.
- or have you a better method for similar task?
(file association doesn’t help)
