How do I: make kde's clock time zone independent of system timezone?

I need to keep my system time as GMT time. However, some of my users are in BST (British Summer Time) and they are complaining about the clock being an hour behind.

I need the system clock to be GMT, and I need the user's local time to be GMT. I just need the KDE clock to show BST (GMT+1).

How do I do that?
