KDE >= 3.4 .. <4.0 on Red Hat Linux

Hi,

I converted (yesterday) from Windows to RedHat Linux v9.0. Need to install KDevelop, but it asks me for KDE >= 3.4 .. <4.0. It is very far from my level of Linux copentence to compile binaries etc. KDE's web site seems only to have source files.

Where I can find KDE 3.4.x in one, nice single file that self-extractcts and installs itself on RedHat's Linux v9.0?

By the way, I need Qt >= 3.3.2 .. < 4.0 as well, in the same format as above, if possible.
