Non working keyboard shortcut

I use netbeans as my java developping IDE and need to use a handy shortcut I am already used to - 'left Ctrl'+'left Shift'+I. However I can't use it, this combination is blocked somewhere in KDE.
What is strange - if I go to KDE control center - keyboard shortcuts and associate any action with Ctrl+Shift+I, there are no signs that this combination is blocked by something else, anyway it doesn't work at all.
