SGI style window management?

Hi there,

I hope this hasn't been covered in the forums, but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. Basically, I want to be able to move a window via the title bar without it raising, unless I issue a single click with the left mouse button. I found that it was easy to set it up so that behaved basically as described with the exception that I had to use the middle mouse button to raise the window. Anyone know how to do this?
